American Mock World Health Organization at UCSD

The American Mock World Health Organization (AMWHO) is the only model-WHO entity in the United States of America. AMWHO aims to increase discourse on global health policy through creating authentic simulations of the World Health Assembly, the sole decision- making body of the World Health Organization. Participants assume the role of a WHO- Ambassador, Non-Governmental Organization Representative, or Media Correspondent, and form health-related positions to create a final resolution sent to the WHO in Geneva, Switzerland.

The purpose of the College Democrats, a non-profit organization, is to educate students about the philosophy of the Democratic Party, promote campus discussion of issues of concern to students and the nation at large, foster involvement in political movements and affect political change on a local, state and national level

College Republicans at UCSD

The College Republicans at UCSD strive to enhance principles of the Republican Party in the UCSD community. We encourage the advancement of the Republican Party through aiding elections at all levels of government. Further we promote a forum for political discussion open to all viewpoints. We also seek to serve the UCSD community through various volunteer efforts. The College Republicans at UCSD aims to build leadership abilities in students to serve the community and party.

Ecopoli is an organization that caters to those who are interested in the Japanese economy, politics, history, and various social issues. We facilitate discussions through individual/group presentations, debates, and research projects. We also encompass relevant topics outside of Japan. Tritons for Peters

The purpose of Tritons for Peters shall be to bring the message of the re-election of Congressman Scott Peters in the 2016 general election to the UCSD student body. This organization shall serve as the official representation of the Scott Peters for Congress campaign on the UCSD campus by: Disseminating the message of the campaign to the student body; Signing up students as supporters and volunteers for the campaign; and registering students to vote in 2016 election.

The mission of Young Americans for Liberty (University of California, San Diego Chapter) is to train, educate, and mobilize the youth towards a more free society. Our goal is to cast the leaders of tomorrow and reclaim the policies, candidates, and direction of our government, and spread the ideas of limited government, free markets, sound money, non-intervention, and maximum individual liberty at University of California, San Diego.
